ETHICS

I offer a WORRY-FREE SERVICE in that I provide complete client confidentiality and I am happy to sign any special confidentiality agreements that my clients require.

What this means is that with the exceptions of any requirements to the contrary imposed by UK law or where agreed otherwise with the clients and other organisations concerned, I will not divulge any information about any client or any aspects of any client's business or any aspects of any business of organisations and people directly associated with any of my clients, to any other person or organisation.

Clearly, I need to be able to refer new or potential clients to existing / past clients so that recommendations can be given on my quality of service.  In these situations, where appropriate, I will gain permission for use of client company / organisation and contact names and any relevant client information before making it known to anyone else.

INSURANCE

I have Professional Indemnity Insurance, the indemnity limit being £ 1,000,000 (UK Sterling) per claim

for 'Business efficiency, quality, health, safety and environmental consultancy'

and, specifically for my health and safety work:

-  I have Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of £ 5,000,000 (UK Sterling) - effective for work in UK only
 
-  Planning Supervisor - now CDM Co-ordinator (CDM - Construction Design & Management) coverage is included within my Professional Indemnity Insurance and is therefore for work in UK only

I now also carry Employer's Liability Insurance to cover my employed staff.
